  • We currently ship only within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii).

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • We also do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories outside of the states listed above.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

  • If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volumes.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and items.

  • We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means replacing the item or issuing a refund.
